Key Considerations
  • Initial Fees: We charge a one-time setup $35.00 fee “system baseline” fee, which can range from $15 to $100+.
  • Included Services: Be sure to check what is included. in our plans offer free remote support and in-shop labor, while others may offer a discount on hourly rates for services outside the plan’s scope.
  • Hardware Costs: Our Monthly plans typically cover the labor and support, but the actual cost of replacement hardware is usually an extra expense.
  • Number of Devices: Many of our plans offer a discount for each additional computer you add to your monthly service.
  • Business vs. Residential: The costs mentioned above are for residential users. Business IT support plans (Managed IT Services) are more extensive and generally cost significantly more, ranging from $75 to over $200 per user/device per month.
For occasional issues, a “break-fix” model with hourly rates (typically $75-$200 per hour) might be more cost-effective than a monthly plan, but a monthly plan provides ongoing maintenance and can prevent major problems from occurring.
